The Bear Prince
The Bear Prince
Once upon a time, in a kingdom nestled between enchanted forests and towering mountains, there lived a kind and beautiful princess named Elara. Though many noble suitors sought her hand, her heart remained untouched.
One day, while wandering in the deep woods, she stumbled upon a magnificent golden bear. Its fur shimmered like the sun, and its eyes were as deep as the night sky. But instead of fear, Elara felt a strange sense of familiarity.
The bear spoke in a deep, sorrowful voice. “Do not be afraid, Princess. I was once a prince, cursed by a wicked sorcerer. Only a heart that sees beyond appearances can break the spell.”
Moved by the bear’s plight, Elara visited him every day, bringing books to read, songs to sing, and tales to share. Over time, she grew fond of the bear, and he, in turn, became her dearest companion.
One evening, under the light of the full moon, the bear sighed. “Elara, if you truly care for me, place your hand upon my heart.”
Without hesitation, she did so, and suddenly, a golden light enveloped the bear. When the light faded, standing before her was a handsome prince, his eyes the same deep night sky she had come to love.
“The curse is broken,” he whispered joyfully. “Your kindness and love have set me free.”
The two returned to the castle, where the prince revealed his true identity—a neighboring kingdom’s lost heir. The two kingdoms rejoiced, and soon after, Elara and the prince were wed. Their love, built on kindness and understanding, became a legend passed down for generations.
And so, they lived happily ever after.
