Is There God, Angel, Jinn, Heaven, Hell?
Is There God, Angel, Jinn, Heaven, Hell?
I cannot see God, angels, demons, heaven and hell. So can we say they don’t exist?
Is There God, Angel, Jinn, Heaven, Hell?
The statement “We cannot see beings such as Allah, Angels, jinn, devils. There is nothing that cannot be seen” is a very simple, very wrong, primitive statement that is also contrary to science. It is not scientific to say that something does not exist, unless it proves its absence. If it is said that there are three people behind a house, it would not be scientific for us to say that there is no one because we did not see it. Atheists should at least have said, “Since we cannot see, we cannot say that it does not exist.”
A second consideration is can the eye alone always be a measure? What can the eye see and what can’t it see? Don’t be deceived by looks. When you look at the Sun through the window, the Sun is seen as a tray. But reason says the Sun is bigger than the Earth. It is clear that our eyes are deceived. Those who do not believe in Allah, the Angel, the devil, the demon, or the evil eye cannot, of course, say, “I believe what our eyes see. The sun is as small as a ball.” Since he cannot say, the eye cannot always be the measure. He cannot say that what he has not seen does not exist.
To say that the invisible things disappear is to follow the senses, not the mind. Animals are subject to sense organs, humans follow reason. The sense organs of humans are further behind than those of animals. The dog has a very strong smell. Humans cannot smell that much. It can’t move like a bat in the pitch black of night, it can’t see in the dark like a cat can.
We cannot see the magnetic power of the magnet with our eyes. But we understand that there is a force in the magnet from the fact that it attracts the iron. With the remote control, we turn the TV or the car on and off. A power that we do not see with our eyes in the control device is doing these things. In that case, it is necessary to value the mind, not the stock.
Various operations are performed with laser beams, iron is cut. We cannot see these rays, magnetic waves with our eyes. It is not reasonable and scientific to say that they do not exist because we cannot see them.
We cannot see the electric current in a wire with our eyes. However, we understand that there is a current in him from the works he does, for example, when we touch our hands, when he hits us. Is it necessary to deny the current because we cannot see it with our eyes?
We cannot see gravity with our eyes. However, we understand that there is a gravitational force on the ground from the fact that the objects fall towards the ground, not towards the air. Just as we cannot see in the dark, we cannot see in very strong light.
We do not see a being called the soul, that is, the soul, in man. But we understand its existence because it keeps people up and moving.
The mind is not related to the eye, but the eye is to the mind. The eye cannot see everything. For example, we know from experience that there are various gases in the air. We cannot see the air and the gases in it with our eyes. Since we cannot see, it would be disregarding reason and experience to say, “There is no such thing as air and gas, if there were, we would see it” by subjecting our minds to our eyes.
Today, we know through science that water consists of two gases, oxygen and hydrogen. One of these gases is combustible and the other is flammable. When we look at water, we cannot see oxygen or hydrogen. We cannot even see the water in a bottle filled to the brim, since water is colorless. Can we subordinate the mind to the eye and say, “There is no water in the bottle, and there is no gas in the water”?
Some poisonous gases cannot be seen and their presence cannot be understood because they are colorless and odorless. Smell is added to the gas so that a gas in the tube does not come out and poison the people in the room. In this way, although we do not see the gas in a room with our eyes, we can detect it by its smell. Is there no smell, no gas?
We cannot see with our eyes that one of the two peppers is sweet and the other bitter. This is not the job of the eye. Just as small microbes cannot be seen with the eye, a large human being too far away cannot be seen. Is it said that they do not exist because we cannot see them?
Just as the eye cannot see everything, the ear cannot hear every sound. A healthy ear can hear sounds of a certain frequency and at a certain distance. Right now, although people are talking in Hawaii, we cannot hear or see them. Can we claim that they do not speak because we cannot hear them? Although there are sounds of various frequencies in our house, we cannot hear these sounds without a radio. How can we deny their existence just because we cannot hear these voices?
In this respect, although an atheist denies it, a person who believes in science cannot deny what he cannot see. The mind cannot reject things that actually exist but that we cannot see.
We are not aware of the existence of some planets. The absence of other planets cannot be claimed because today’s science cannot understand them.
It is possible to multiply the examples. If an atheist who understands science simply says, “I cannot say that there are beings such as jinn, devils, angels because I have not seen it with my own eyes, and I cannot say that they do not exist because they do not enter the field of study,” he will be more merciful. But no atheist says this, and all of them blindly deny God. However, there are countless proofs proving the existence of a creator. Only bigoted atheists deny these facts. His denial is also contrary to reason and science.
